In case of complex problems that need further work, the company will proceed with a financial offer depending on the case. The above support is provided either by phone or email or remotely using Teamviewer, 9: 00 – 17:00 on working hours and days.
The validity of the support package ends at the end of the respective subscription, regardless of whether there is an unexploited number of questions. The support packages do not include errors or malfunctions that are due exclusively to the site and not to any browser version incompatibilities.
