B-foros is an application whereby one may easily, quickly and reliably calculate Transfer Taxes, Inheritance Tax, Donation Tax, Parental Donation Tax, Properties’ Distributions and Junctions Taxes.

Also, by using B-foros you may complete, archive and print the Tax Declarations (tax statements) for Donations, Parental Donations, Transfers and Inheritances as well as 90 forms of Applications, Statutory Declarations and Cadastral printed Forms.

B-foros includes tax scales from 1998 until today.

  • • Immediate and easy Calculation of Tax on Inheritances, Donations, Parental Donations, Transfers (including Capital Gains Tax), VAT, Properties’ Divisions (before and after 1/1/2006) and Properties’ Junctions (before and after 1/1/2006).
